TORT REFORM UPDATE: S. 244 Supporters Rally at the State House
Justice Act of 2025 introduced in full Senate
Senate bill 244, known as Justice Act of 2025, is expected to be introduced in the full Senate on March 5. Major supporters of the bill rallied at the State House along with business leaders from across the state on the morning of March 5 in support of the bill.

Your grassroots involvement is crucial in shaping a more sustainable business climate and insurance market in South Carolina. View information about the bill as well as updates on its progress on our Tort Reform Resource page for members. Click more for photos from this morning's press conference. (+ More...)
