Beginning on September 17, all Big "I" member agencies began receiving email invitations to participate in the 2020 Agency Universe Study.

We recognize that this is a challenging time for agents and their clients. In the current environment, your input is more important than ever as the industry seeks to understand the current situation and your outlook. Your cooperation will provide critical information for independent agencies, the Big “I" and independent agent carriers.

Please keep in mind that your answers are confidential, and your opinions and best estimates are crucial to the success of this research for all interested parties.

The survey is designed to take approximately 20 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your participation, completing the survey will make you eligible for a drawing for one of several cash prizes.
