Additional Insured’s – Misery Awaits!,   2 hrs. P&C
This course will review the types of Additional Insureds and why an entity would request AI status. It will also examine problems associated with additional insureds, coverage triggers and several AI endorsements and when to use them. Learning objectives include identifying the types of additional insureds, determining how to achieve additional insured status, identifying the problems associated with additional insureds and examining endorsements.


Agency Coverage Standards: Putting the Pieces Together 2 hrs. P&C
This course will discuss the need for agencies to set Agency Coverage Standards in order to provide better coverage for their clients and provide some E&O protection for the agency. Learning objectives include determining the difference between a professional and an "order taker," understanding the formal method of exposure identification and reviewing the policy standards of the CGL, BAP, WC and umbrella policies. 


Making Sense of Care, Custody or Control 2 hrs. P&C
This course will examine some of the common business situations that can trigger the Care, Custody OR Control exclusion in the CGL and how agents can assist their clients in securing proper coverage.  Learning objectives include defining care, custody or control, reviewing court interpretations and examining exclusions in commercial lines forms. 


Steering the BAP: Covered Autos and Who is an Insured,   2 hrs. P&C
This course will examine some of the common business situations that can trigger the Care, Custody OR Control exclusion in the CGL and how agents can assist their clients in securing proper coverage.  Learning objectives include defining care, custody or control, reviewing court interpretations and examining exclusions in commercial lines forms.


Valuation Considerations in the Commercial Property Form,   2 hrs. P&C
There are many different ways that commercial property can be valued under the Building and Personal Property Coverage form. While Actual Cash Value and Replacement Cost are the most common, they may not always be the best choice for the insured. This course will examine many of the different ways commercial property values can be determined after a loss including ACV, RC, Functional RC, Manufacturers Selling Price and Market Value. We will also discuss the considerations necessary in determining which valuation method to use.


Business Income Made Easy 3 hrs. P&C 
Business Income is one of the most needed, yet most undersold, policies. Why? Because most agents are afraid it. This course will take the mystery out of Business Income coverage so that attendees feel comfortable with choosing the policy form and determining the limits needed to protect their clients. Learning objectives include identifying what triggers a business income claim, explaining the difference between business income and extra expense coverage, reviewing optional coverages and determining what limits are needed.


Commercial Property Claims, Coverages and Consequences  3 hrs. P&C
This course will examine how the Commercial Property policy responds to a claim using real-life claims scenarios. We will also review "what went wrong" in some situations and how to be sure your insureds are properly covered. Learning objectives include examining the building and personal property coverage form to determine whether coverage exists in particular situations and determining how to prevent gaps in coverage. 


Flood Insurance 2.0 - Meets the FEMA training requirement 3 hrs. P&C
This course meets the requirements of the basic flood training required by FEMA and will examine the history, products & policies, general rules, claims process and rating procedures of the Flood Insurance policy as well as the most recent NFIP changes.


Planning for Success – Strategies for Insurance Agency Growth in Today’s Marketplace,   3 hrs. P&C
The main reason an insurance agency fails is due to lack of planning. But planning isn't just the responsibility of agency owners - the entire agency should be involved. This course will examine how to implement the planning process and how to avoid the fatal mistakes. Attendees will learn the essentials of the budgeting process and the important metrics that must be tracked to assure agency growth and success. Finally, we will examine how to set and track goals and evaluate for accountability.
