Freedom Campaign SC digital ads performing well

Contact national about second-flight ads directing traffic to your agency website

Trusted Choice® is in its final month of the first set of Freedom Campaign digital display banner ads running on targeted websites. So far 66 SC consumers have searched for an agent or received a quote online through trustedchoice.com as a direct result of our ads.

Last month, the campaign made more than 71 million impressions and 32,000 clicks nationally and 5.5 million impressions and 2,462 clicks in South Carolina. As a result there were 53 conversions for SC Trusted Choice agents as a direct result of these ads last month. (See "How ads work" section below or graphic flyers at right for more on these terms.)  

In April, more than 11.2 million impressions and 5,571 clicks nationally and 3 million impressions and 931 clicks in South Carolina. ​


How ads work
Display banner ads appear adjacent to content on eligible web pages. Our Freedom Campaign ads are running on websites such as trulia, Forbes and AutoTrader.com

Each time an ad displays on a webpage viewed by a consumer is an impression. Impressions are important because it means brand exposure. More consumers seeing the Trusted Choice® logo is a goal of this campaign. 

Each time a consumer clicks on our ad is a click. When consumers click on our Freedom campaign banner ads, they are directed to our consumer website, TrustedChoice.com​.  Clicks are important because it means people seeing our consumer website.

The ultimate goal of our consumer website is for consumers to contact our members through the "Find an agent" or "Get a quote" tools. Each time a consumer does either it is a "conversion.

Digital ads are optimized over time as analytics show what variables generate better consumer response. This means that our impressions, clicks and conversion numbers should get better with time.

IIABSC has purchased additional ads in South Carolina markets, and your agency can also purchase additional ads targeted by zip code to direct prospects to your own agency website or landing page.​


Customized for your agency
Through Trusted Choice, your agency can participate in the next set of digital ads starting is September, but tagged with your agency's information and directing prospects to your agency website (instead of to trustedchoice.com like the state and national ads).

  • Increase agency brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to your agency website
  • Your agency will receive a minimum of 800,000 impressions and about 400 banner ad clicks. 
  • Target customers with a 3 to 5 zip code area
  • Receive a metrics report monthly with details on how many impressions ads received, how many banner ad clicks and screen shots of your ads. 
  • Cost is $3,000, but your agency can submit to the TC Marketing Reimbursement Program and reduce the cost by $750.
