​​​Coming this month to Columbia is a two-day program discussing the issues that impact contractors and their insurance programs. Insuring Contractor Exposures, taught by Patrick Deem, CIC, will be held June 17-18 at our office for 6 hrs. P&C each day.

Day one covers:

• General Liability issues including add'l insureds and contracts
• Damage to property/your work exclusion
• Completed ops
• Certificates of insurance
• Workers compensation
• Umbrella coverages

Day two covers:

• Surety bonds
• Business Auto including newly acquired vehicles & equipment; rented/ borrowed/ leased vehicles, personal autos on BAP
• Builders risk/installation floaters
• Contractors equipment
