*PLEASE NOTE: This tradeshow typically sells out prior to the deadline and usually has a waitlist so please plan accordingly. Priority booth assignment is given to Palmetto Partners, Members, Past Exhibitors, then to Non-Members if any booths remain.

Click the registration link above to register for a booth space and submit a sponsorship if interested. You will be asked to view the 2025 LIVE TRADESHOW MAP in order to enter your top 3 booth choices in your registration form. You will also be able to register all of your booth personnel (additional exhibitors) exhibiting with you and your Company. ** For those redeeming Palmetto Partner complimentary attendees, you will register those individuals here as "Palmetto Partner COMP Exhibitor Attendee".

BOOTH DETAILS:

Premium Booth measures 10 x 8, includes pipe/drape, and one 6' or 8' table. These booths are located in higher traffic areas.

Standard Booth measures 8  x 6, includes pipe/drape, and one 6' table.

2025 Palmetto Partner Pledge forms must be received prior to registering in order to be recognized as a sponsor and to redeem benefits for this conference.

Each onsite booth receives a virtual booth presence.

Partners who receive complimentary attendee benefits can use those towards exhibitor or attendee registrations.


EXHIBIT BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:

Booths will be assigned within 5 business days of submitting your registration. View the live map for booth assignments.

Mobile viewing:   To view booth layout on your smartphone when it doesn't automatically popup, please tap the three-line menu in the top left corner and select "Expo" or "Spring Conference Registration" under the Event Maps section.


Exhibitor Prizes:

Exhibitors have the option to give out their own prizes during Exhibit hall hours on Wednesday. Exhibitors should post winning names or business cards on a board that will be available in the exhibit hall. Agents will be instructed to check the board and all prize winners should be posted  on the board provided in the exhibit hall by 5:00 pm. Agents should see vendors in their booths to claim prizes. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ANNOUNCE YOUR BOOTH'S WINNERS USING THE MICROPHONE.


Exhibitor Electricity:
Electricity is an additional charge and must be ordered through the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.


Shipping:
Shipping of booth materials should be arranged directly with PRX Exposition Services (formerly Displays Unlimited). Once your booth has been assigned and as the event approaches, you will be contacted by PRX to log into an online system that will allow you to make shipping arrangements, order additional booth supplies, etc...




EXHIBIT HALL ONSITE SCHEDULE:

* DO NOT break down the booth prior to 5:30 pm! 


Exhibitor Booth Breakdown Policy:
Booths must be broken down no sooner than 5:30 pm on March 26, 2025. Exhibit booth Breakdown outside of specified breakdown times is strictly prohibited.  Those in violation of this regulation will incur a penalty fine of $750 & will not be permitted to return to exhibit at future events until the fine has been paid in full. Requests for early breakdown will incur a $500 fee & must be approved by an IIABSC Event Director in advance. This option may not be permitted. We expect exhibitors to have at least one Rep at the booth during exhibit hall hours.  IIABSC assumes all exhibitors agree to these terms unless special requests or permission is indicated in writing prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Requests received within 30 days or more of the eventwill receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event  Any approved refunds in full regardless of reason will be subject to a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for "no shows".  Any other requests for cancellation beyond these guidelines will be assessed by IIABSC and refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis while following the policy specified below. 

All cancellations/changes must be made in writing. "No shows" will receive no refund.
IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA.


PAYMENT POLICY: 
Full payment MUST be sent with registration.
Payment by Credit Card only. If payment by check is needed, please submit a request in writing by email.
Exhibitors paying by check must submit payment within 1 week of registering or payment is considered late. 
Late payments will be subject to losing your booth reservation.
Exhibitors will not be permitted to enter the event without submitting payment for all exhibitors and booth items.
