                                                                    Organizational Culture - Solution to Creating an Ethical and Productive Agency

This presentation will provide a fast-paced overview and outlook for the property/casualty insurance industry.  Topics discussed will include underwriting performance, premium growth, catastrophe loss trends, personal and commercial lines highlights, and problems in South Carolina's tort system.  The presentation will also provide an analysis of key economic issues affecting insurers and policyholders, including economic growth, interest rates, employment and policies of the new Trump administration—including tariffs.
