Our popular three-day classroom training series designed to help agents train new employees in commercial insurance, or as a refresher course for current employees. The Commercial Agent Training (CAT) series provides a broad understanding of the property and liability loss exposures faced by most commercial clients and the coverages used to protect them.

Based on feedback from IIABSC members for training for newly licensed or less experienced employees, the CAT series is designed to help build a strong foundation in commercial lines coverages.

Participants attend one class per week for three weeks. At the completion of all three days, participants earn a Certificate of Completion. Attendees may also only attend one or two sessions.
