Matt Kirby of Southwestern Consulting is a sales ninja. He has more than 20 years of sales success, with many of them ranking as the No. 1 salesperson nationwide. He sold books door to door with the Southwestern Company for multiple summers as a college student, working 80 hours a week for 100% commission. He also spent years in the insurance business as an individual producer and sales leader.

Recently Matt has led a series of FREE agency management and sales training webinars for our member agents on the topics of recruiting, time management, staff training and development, referrals, creating sales culture and increasing drive.
