IIABSC President Frank Sheppard, AAI, CAE, was recently named the 2014 SC Association Executive of the Year by the SC Society of Association Executives at their annual meeting earlier this summer in Myrtle Beach. It is the association management equivalent of IIABSC's Agent of the Year.

Presented with a plaque and a signed resolution of his recognition from the South Carolina Senate and House of Representatives and accompanied by members of his family and some IIABSC staff, Sheppard was recognized for his numerous accomplishments as President of our association, his commitment to professional growth and his leadership demonstrated within the association community on the state and national levels. 

Sheppard has been with IIABSC for 22 years, President for eight. He holds the Certified Association Executive designation and is a past president of SCSAE, having served as chair of numerous committees, including the CEO Roundtable and Scholarship committees.
